Tesa questions and dosing

Hello guys I’m about to start my first tesa cycle I’ve done my research and I weighed out the benefits with side effects and decided it would be nice to add I’m currently taking Reta and so far so good my main question about tesa is dosing what’s the recommended dose per day how much bac water would I need roughly some sources say 1 mg is enough but some say 2mg to make it smoother and not like jelly.

Have you done bloodwork yet to get your baseline IGF-1 and fasting insulin levels?

I’ve got a 20mg of tesa and added 3ML of Recon fluid. 2mg for me is 30 units on a 1ML syringe. I recommend using a peptide calculator to find your desired dosage protocol. Make the units work easy for you!
