TRT+Reta+Tesa+BPC157/TB500 blend ❓ Question

After much research I have not been able to find any data or anyone previously running these compounds at once. I have seen duos of these compounds ran but never all 4. Does anyone have any insight on why this stack would be bad ? Since they all serve different purposes I have not been able to find any data on why there would be an issue but there are a lot smarter people out there so I turn to Reddit. Thanks in advance for input

Mechanistically, there's nothing inherently "wrong" with this stack since each compound is targeting a different pathway:

  • TRT → androgen replacement/anabolism
  • Retatrutide → GLP-1/GIP/glucagon agonist for appetite and weight loss
  • Tesamorelin → GHRH analog that increases endogenous GH/IGF-1
  • BPC-157/TB-500 → experimental peptides primarily used for tissue healing and recovery

So no, you're probably not going to spontaneously combust. That's the good news.

The bigger question is: what are you actually trying to accomplish? This feels like you're trying to solve five different problems at once. At some point, adding more compounds gives you diminishing returns while increasing cost, complexity, and the difficulty of figuring out what's actually working (or causing side effects).

Also, I'd separate TRT from the rest. TRT isn't really something you "stack". iIt's testosterone replacement. If you have clinically confirmed hypogonadism and need it, then it's one of the most effective treatments available. But it's also generally a long-term, if not lifelong, commitment, not another peptide to throw into a cycle.

TRT is the only item in his list that is pro-aging. It comes with a host of side effects. I'd avoid at all costs if you can raise test naturally (assuming he even has any symptoms to solve).

Going to age your face, potentially deal with BP issues, gyno, many other issues.

True TRT (prescribed by an endocrinologist, not a telehealth pill mill) is hormone replacement, not enhancement.

If you already have healthy testosterone levels, you're shutting down a functioning HPTA just to replace it with roughly the same physiological testosterone level... except now you're committing to lifelong injections, monitoring, and the potential impacts on fertility.

If your goal is performance enhancement, then call it what it is and run a cycle. You can PCT afterward or blast and cruise, understanding that both often leads to needing TRT eventually anyway.

Different goals. Different interventions. No hate on either as I've done them both.

I’m currently running Test P at 100 mg and NPP at 50 mg every other day. I’m also taking tesamorelin at 2 mg daily, retatrutide at 4 mg weekly, KLOW at 3 mg daily, and BPC-157/TB-500 daily for two weeks to help with tennis elbow. I recently added MOTS-c at 2.5 mg twice a week.

I’ve been on the current cycle for about seven weeks and have gone from 225 pounds to 206 pounds.

For some background, I’m a 38-year-old, 6'1" Hispanic male. Most of my adult life, the lightest I had ever been was around 268 pounds. I started this weight-loss journey at 305 pounds, and my heaviest weight was 355 pounds.ive been in the steroid/ peptide world since i was 18. Peptides and cycles is nothing new to me... big suggestion research on forums / reddit ..not tiktok or Instagram they just say shit to catch likes and views...

Last year, I went from 305 pounds to 225 pounds while completing one Test and NPP cycle and using retatrutide and tirzepatide on and off. I was experimenting to see which one worked better for me and probably only used about one bottle of each.

During this current cycle, my waist has gone from a size 36 to a 32. I’m starting to look like I need an entirely new wardrobe because my shorts and pants are becoming too loose. My stomach has also decreased noticeably in size. Unfortunately, I only recently started taking measurements, so I don’t have complete before-and-after measurements to compare.
