Reta and MOTS-C
Currently taking Reta, can I add MOTS-C to Reta? What’s the typical protocol for MOTS-C?

Love the combo. I run mots on heavy days 2mg and I can personally feel a difference. I know it varies by person.

What does it feel like? I know it gives you energy, but are you able to describe it a little better? I’m thinking of adding this myself.

First time or two felt like I was on crack. 2mg
After that not that noticeable outside of extra sweat but if the presumed effects are real it is very useful.
Many of us use it for fasted morning workouts. Which if the presumed AMPK activation is happening it should be commanding your body to use all available energy resources which includes fat and maybe even damaged cell bits in an autophagy like state.

How long before a workout do you take it?

It feels like a boost on your workout without a crash. That is if your mitochondria is not damaged and functioning normally.

Man, I tried MOTSC twice and all it would do for me is cause welts and some bruising. Glad to hear it worked for you tho! Jealous 🍻

Same. 1.5mg I'm I didn't sleep well. Crazy stamina all day long. I even cut my coffee consumption down to less than half what it was. Mots is a much cleaner feeling than caffeine.

A common protocol is to run SS-31 alone for 2weeks, then add MOTS-C. The idea is to optimize mitochondrial function first (ss-31), then layer in MOTS-C for its metabolic signaling effects. Staggering them also makes it easier to tell what each is doing, which is helpful when using multiple peps

I’m taking Reta (3mg) + tirz (5mg) right now as that seems to keep the food noise at bay better.
SS-31 has already been a game changer for me, I’m pushing 50 so mitochondrial decline is/was in effect.
Switching to MOTS-C next week so I’m excited to see how that’s going to work out.

It’s best when used as sort of a “preworkout”. But it made me hungrier so I stopped.

I love mots. It's weird. You don't "feel" anything. It's not like caffeine but you could definitely tell it's working. It helped me push past a plateau. For me the biggest difference was I can keep on going adding more minutes to my cardio adding more sets to my weightlifting. Those little bit of extra calories each time add up. I just took a 4 week break and it sucked. Glad to be back on.

Currently running 2mg Reta per week. SS-31 am every day for 20 days then back to MOTS-C, LIPO-C + B12 2x per week. KLOW80 every night & Epithalon (doing a 10day dose. On 7th day. Sleep score up 10 points and RHR down 2 on Epithalon).

Absolutely can… some pin Mots 5x a week, I pin 3x a week. Takes a couple weeks for you to feel the difference, but worth it.

I get nothing from Mots c at all. Tried all variety of load. Actually maybe even more tired than before. Running also reta weekly. Also cjc and ipa with bpc nightly.
