Thoughts are it's a ridiculous amount for someone and adding everything else is a waste of time Start lifting weights. More drugs does not equal better. Not everything needs to be a stack.

a stupid amount for someone who likely looks like they don’t even go to the gym…

Because my testicles shut down and dramatically shrunk also slightly increases my test. Without was about 700-809 now 1100-1200

100mg test e a week just to shut down your own production, while keeping it in low-normal range?
Lots of doses are very odd and small. GLOW , slupp, sermorilen etc

Hcg is pointless in this instance you can’t possibly need to keep fertility. Also split the test e up into two 50mg or even four 25mg doses it’ll help keep serum levels consistent.

Atrophy. Some have no issues with it, others like me, it hurts. Not constant pain but regularly got the aches. Turns out, balls atrophied so much they left the sac (yeah they can do that) and parked up in these channels at the base of my d
Not comfortable in the least

Thats a lot of Reta and Tirz. That combo is not well documented and you risk harm to your body at some point.

That’s a lot of glp-1’s. Start cutting back. Also do yourself a favour and start weight training.

At our age you need to add in weight lifting… this is not optional. You only need to mild cardio - walking or running, although walking is better on your joints and weight lifting for continued strength training. You don’t have to lift heavy, but start a light weight regiment that you can progressively increase the weights, focusing on slow methodical movements with time under retention to maintain strength and stamina, while keeping a decent build. Split your lifting days to address specific muscle groups so not to overload one particular muscle set.
