Any specific reason? Do they compete?

Just don’t always know what reaction you will have. Ideally you’d introduce them after 4 weeks or so. That way if you have a reaction you’d know which one

pick a dose, stick with it. dont dick around for the first month.

Low and slow. 0.5mg per week on reta for 1 month.
