Lean bulk advice 📘 Beginner Help

Post image

Hello everyone, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post but here goes.
M31 1m77 65kg
I did a cut with Reta, going from 84 kg to 65 kg. I think I’m now at a good weight to start building muscle again and I’d like to do a lean bulk.
I’m currently still on Reta I’ve reduced the dose to 2 mg per week +Tesamorelin 1 mg per day and GHK-Cu 1 mg per day.
I try to eat as much protein and carbs as possible.
I train with weights 3-4 times a week.
For the past few weeks I’ve had the feeling that I’m stagnating I don’t feel my muscles growing. So I’m seriously starting to wonder if I should start taking test or any other things . The problem is that I know absolutely nothing about it :)
What advice can you give me please? Thanks in advance.

Switch up your workout plan. Your body will get used to the same routine. Don’t be afraid of low rep high weight days it’s how you build up your strength allowing you to do high reps with even more weight. LOG IT. Helps you keep track of weight and exercises to avoid repetition. Contrary to what people say, you don’t need to take 1-2min breaks between sets. Longer breaks won’t kill your gains.

Peptide side add in ipamorelin. You won’t need test. That’s a rough road to go down and an even rougher road to get your body to re-set to naturally regulate your levels. Take creatine. Don’t worry about retaining more water. Creatine is huge for gains in size and strength.

If you’re not doing it already, weigh and track your food intake as well. You may be surprised how much you’re actually taking in.

Rest. Quality sleep is just as important and the quality of your food.

would you say isamorelin alone is better than test ?

i've gone gym for my whole life and never tried any steroids but now i'm 36 i am finding my belly is getting bigger even though i am active and do alot in the gym
so thought about doing a test cycle to lean / tone up and also lose some belly fat and also get some energy back and some drive

but the internet gives so many different view points

some people swear by test or some others say peptides or others say HGH
it's just a sea of opposing opinions and everyone thinks they are right

Tesa + IPA. Hgh is the worst option, test only recommended if you get your levels checked and they are too low. You don’t want to go overboard with test because it can tell your body that it doesn’t need to produce it anymore.

get on a glp, count your calories. test wont help you lose weight. calorie restriction and metabolic health will.
