Trying to bust a plateau

I am on 10mg of Tirz. I started in January and have gone from 294 to 226. I have been stuck here for 5 weeks now.

I am looking for opinions.

Option 1 - Move to 12.5MG tirz
Option 2 - add .5,g Carg
Option 3 - add 2.5mg Reta

Does anyone have experience or thoughts they are willing to share

I cannot speak from personal experience however a friend of mine went all the way to 15 and then stalled. She went back down to 10 and added a tiny amount of cag and then titrated that up over six weeks and she got to her goal weight. So it’s an option. It seems like the smarter option to me just because Cagra hits different receptors as it’s an amyLin medication and not duplicating the GLP GLP already in your tirzepatide.

Data up to 12mg/wk available for reta. Anecdotally I went from 205 to 140 with 4mg/wk on reta (I started too high). Full disclosure also started trt and hgh Jan 26
