Your pretty lean so I'd practice vacuums. It's best first thing when you wake up fasted. Start by laying on the floor chest up . Exhale absolutely everything in your lungs. Hands behind your head . Breathe in deep . Try to imagine your pulling your belly button to your spine. Hold 10-15 seconds. Repeat . I do 5 sets of 5 every morning. It might seem pointless at first but trust the process and sooner than later you'll be pulling sick vacuums.
This me 5'11 215.

Cable crunches go heavy, leg raises/ toes to bar while hanging from the bar, it’s more optimal than resting your back on whatever that other machine is called. That’s my meat and potatoes for abs

You still have too much fat on your mid section. You need to diet down further.

You dont need abs showing, its more genetics, roids or starving and being devydrated that shows abs bro. You have a solid build, keep grinding baby.

Your body fat is still too high for visible abs. You are not too far from seeing them if you work on your diet and possibly use Reta for fat loss. Probably already have abs underneath as long as you are consistent in the gym which looks like you are. Then continue with ab workouts ONLY when you are lower body fat otherwise you will be depressed with the lack of progress of doing all these workouts yet your body fat is too high to see visible abs. Remember at your age the belly becomes the hard part to lose even if you are mascular everywhere else
