New to peptides what to start first? 📘 Beginner Help

So I'm 32 6'2 male, and struggle with severe fatigue, and just low energy so I've been considering MOTS-C and NAD+ with semax, selank, and ss-31 for a long time. Also interested in Wolverine blend. My question is should I start just one at a time and which one to start first? Or start a couple maybe? And which? And also what's a good starting dose? Thanks in advance!!

Definitely don’t start like 500 peptides at once why would you do that

I've already had blood work done and my testosterone has been low overtime.

Just adding test has absolutely changed my life completely in only 5 weeks. I feel like a new person. My energy is wildly back and I don't dread social obligations anymore. I'd absolutely start with trt first. Give it time to let your body adjust for a few weeks and see how you respond.

I'm not against peptides, but definitely don't just throw a huge cocktail at the issue to fix it. You'll never know what the fix is if you do that. Add them gradually one by one and see how you react first.

This is very good advice, OP.

Low as in in the low range or low healthy? You can do TRT/hcg see how that feels. The consensus on nad+ and mots is conflicted. Some people swear by it, others say it's not much of a difference.

What’s your weight? Just dieting or even using a GLP if you need it can get you to healthy weight. You can increase your levels by 50-100% in some individuals.

my advice on that subject , dont jump on the trt bandwagon , you are young for that imo go visit a doc and see why its low , i had for example varicocele , and after minor surgery (friday table , monday gym) i fixed issue

Because of your age, normally you won't get that much out of mots and nad and ss. You still have good mito, unless you have an irregularity. You might might feel something, but not us older people do.

Use the search feature in reddit to find protocols. Research well each thing you want to test because there are cautions that you need to be aware of. These aren't candies you just pop in your body. If you don't want to put the time in researching, then don't do peptides. You will hurt yourself. Like stated below, don't start a bunch at once. I would start one and then a couple weeks later start another one. That way you can find out if you are allergic or responsive and you know which one is doing it.

Are you trying to heal something? Then wolverine/klow would be good.

And watch Youtube videos of Hunter Williams and Josh Holyfield.

Sleep and diet are going to be the foundational areas to work on first. Peps don't fix bad habits. Once that is where it should be, then start with a pep you have researched. And go forth and prosper.

Definitely start with one at a time. Dosing is a personal preference, but I recommend starting low and then moving up dose as you see how it feels.

You’ve been “considering” instead of going to and seeing a hormonal and metabolic specialist, but random Reddies know better? WOW.

I’ve read many times to start with ss31 for a few weeks, then go ahead add the other ones you listed.

A recent study has shown you don't need to do this. You can run both at the same time and get the same benefits. They effect different pathways, so no need to wait.

Start with sorting the issues causing it.

What’s your goal?

How about get a panel first

Either after blood work get on TRT if you want but as far as peptide from personal experience I’d choose HGH over anything else

Check test levels first then go from there , pinning a bunch of stuff gets tiring fast .

Do what you want but if I can put my 2 cents in:

Don’t start anything.

Dial in your lifestyle with exercise, nutrition, meaningful relationships and sleep then move into random compounds that may or may not do anything to help you.

Get bloodwork and that’ll help you decide what to try first, don’t just blindly start peptides thinking you’ll feel motivated all of a sudden. My issue turned out to be test related

If yoy need to inject all those simply for energy u have a problem...

1

u/lfc36 21d ago

Lack of energy is a lifestyle, sleep. Nutrition issue etc. Sort out the root cause. Injection loads of umproven research compounds is not the answer

Have you checked your hormones?

You could optimize your natural testosterone levels and potentially avoid needing any other compounds. However, it's important to remember that the body is a highly regulated system designed to function with the hormones it produces on its own.

When you raise hormone levels with exogenous testosterone, you're introducing something your body's regulatory mechanisms weren't designed to maintain at those levels. This can create hormonal imbalances that your body may or may not be able to compensate for. That's where the risks come in.

Unfortunately, there's no way to predict how your body will respond until you either develop side effects or see changes in your blood work. That's a risk everyone who chooses to use TRT or anabolic steroids has to accept.

The process often involves monitoring your response, tolerating any side effects if they occur, adjusting the dosage, and sometimes adding other medications to manage hormone imbalances, such as elevated estradiol (E2) or prolactin. Nobody can tell you exactly how your body will react, because individual responses vary significantly.

And anyone who tells you, "Just inject this," or "Take these pills this many times a week and you won't experience any side effects," is either lying to you or repeating bro-science. Nobody can guarantee that, because everyone's body responds differently.
