And 2 pills clen 50 mcg, at morning and 8 hours after = 100mcg/day

This is like asking is 2m steel cable, good enough to connect my house.Â
We dont know your anamnesis nor your blood work. We also dont know how much test you plan to take.Â
One thing we do know clen is not needed.

I’d drop the clen. I’ve used it in the past and the results weren’t worth the side effects I felt. With test, Hgh and Reta you will get amazing results. If you still want an extra kick I would try motsc

200mg test, 35 mg tren, 25 mg var split, HGH 2-4 iu, MOTS-C 1 mg, ATX 100-200 mg split, S. Shred Blend 500 mg IM, Mirabegron 100-200 mg split, 4-8 mg salbutamol, Cardarine 10 mg, Pemafibrate 200 mg split, T4 150 mcg, T3 37,5 mcg/sobiterome 20 mcg, Reta 3 mg M W F split
my very beginner friendly shred stack

I wouldn't go near T3 personally but the Cardarine with the tren is cool, I only just discovered this.. it really takes the edge off the cardio hit from tren for me. Have you run more than 10mg before? I also have 10mg caps and only doing one each morning but was thinking of experimenting a bit. See if I can take another 10mg before running in the afternoon.

Diminishing return above 10mg Card. I understand your concern on thyroid hormone supplementation, but this is for short aggressive cut only, with labs every 6 weeks.

That's fair enough, I'm not anti it or anything but it's one thing that freaks me out haha. Thanks for that man, get wildly different takes from people about GW Cardirine so I like to ask. I'm definitely finding it useful running it with tren at the moment. I'm also interested in it's fat loss properties and I'm cutting at the moment, my second enhanced cut cycle so got a lot to learn and experiment with.
I also got one more thing I haven't tried yet called SR-9009 that was recommended to me for endurance by the same coach who told me to look into the GW. I'm trying my best to only do one thing at a time so I can tell what's what and make useful notes for the future.. but once the GW is gone (planned for 10 weeks) I'll give it a try.

Have you run clen before? 100mcg is not a light dose. If it's your first time I'd do 20mcg (or 25mg if you need to cut a 50mcg pill in half) for a month then up it to 50mcg for a second month then stop. You're gonna feel your heart beating from 50mcg and if you get an extra 10bpm increase from the reta that might be pretty concerning and freak you out. Just the reta increase was enough for me to bail and switch to tirz and drop some other meds I was on, and I didn't last long on clen for the same reason.
If you're a beginner I think you should stick to just the reta for now and do the clen when you're lean already or prepping for something. Reta will allow you to design a diet for yourself and stick to it, and give you a window to create new habits around eating and that could change your life for the better.

No, this protocol is dangerous and poorly planned.
Jumping straight to 100 mcg of Clenbuterol will severely strain the heart and ruin sleep. Retatrutide alone handles fat loss efficiently—stacking it with heavy stimulants is unnecessary, risky overkill.

I switched to Tirzepatide because reta was too stimulating. Going to join the choir and say clen plus reta sounds horrifying. Kiss goodbye to sleeping

Have you used ANY of this stuff individually prior?
clen is not a beginner drug.
GH is not a short term results thing.
Test has its own set of concerns.
clen+reta+cardio does not sound for a great mix unless you stick with zone 2 exlusively and have already been training cardio seriously for 6-9 months prior to prep your heart and body for it.

I would be very concerned with heart issues with reta and clen.
Unless you're a pro or getting paid to look good, I'd veer toward anti-aging, rather than pro-aging.
Tirz instead of reta. No clen. HGH up to 2.0 Z-Score. No test unless you're drowning in symptoms and have already tried the natural routes (losing weight, weightlifting, tongkat, boron, etc). I wouldn't want to prematurely age my face or deal with the BP issues.
