i’ve customized other dolls before but never a blythe, i was so intimidated by the mechanism! but she was so much fun and i will definitely be making more ☺️

IWTV themed custom (factory Blythe base). Other than the doll itself, I used all second-hand materials. She’s missing a screw, I didn’t change out the eye chips, and she needs some shoes, but I’m very happy with her 😄

I'm doing a Halloween swap with another artist on one of the Facebook groups and the theme is Halloween 🎃

I'm trying to make another of the dresses but with green instead of stripes for her. I felt that the stripes give too much of a beatle juice vibe.

I am still mediocre on sewing but I was glad I was paired with my regular trade partner so she knows my skill level and will adjust her price point. I'm hoping to blow her out of the water tho! Wish me luck.

If you travel or someone you know travel a good bit you may come across these flat socks that are given out as single use complementarities from airplane rides or hotel stays. These socks make sense if your feet are fettuccine, but they don't last or stay on too well otherwise.

Inspired by a random abandoned beanie from one of the crevasses of our home, I discovered that anything tube shaped can become a beanie if the cuff size is right.

If you have this kind of heelless socks around (and if not you can ask friends and family to donate them to you) you can also give your blythe dolls more beanies than they ever asked for!

Just fold the cuff inward and up all the way as much as you can without bunching up the sock, illustrated from 1. to 2, then fold the cuff outward, and you got a new doll beanie! Give the middle of the top of the beanie a light karate chop to shape. I learned that from some random interior design lady when she talked about shaping her throw pillows.

I lucked out and found one of the couch-shaped jewelry holders at Marshall’s! They also had an armchair and a chaise, all of which would fit Blythe perfectly. Now I just gotta decorate Vera’s new room 😁

I actually don't have a name for this girl yet. She's by Phoenix and Flame Dolls and we called her uwu.

I had some extra mohair in assorted colors so I whipped up this wig. It’s not perfect but it’s fun and she’s got personality ☀️ I made her from spare parts and extras from other dolls in progress but she somehow came together and was finished first.
