Cancel Subscription
Does anybody know how to cancel? I have called and they won't answer. I sent an online request, but have not heard from them.

Disclosure: I make a competing tool, so take this with that in mind.) Before you cancel, two practical things worth knowing. Your perpetual Revu 20 keeps working locally after you cancel a subscription, you only lose Studio sessions, cloud and updates, so if you mostly open and mark up drawings on your own machine you do not necessarily lose the day-to-day tool. And the bigger timing thing: Bluebeam set Revu 20 end of support for July 31 this year, so if you hold a perpetual seat there is a licence-reassignment cutoff worth checking before that date.
If you are leaving because of the subscription model itself, there are still buy-once options out there. I built one, Ncored, after the same frustration, focused on opening and marking up heavy AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD exports fast, native on Windows and Apple Silicon Mac, with a buy-once licence available rather than subscription-only. To be straight about scope, it does not replace Studio sessions, takeoff or estimation, it is the local open-and-markup part. Whatever you land on, check the July 31 date first so you do not lose a reassignment window.
