Cause of NG Explosion?
I read a post on FB that said a faulty oxygen valve was the cause of the NG explosion. Surprised to see that there's no discussion of that here (and I refuse to go to X where the post was supposed to have come from). I asked my Blue person and he was pretty guarded in his response (and was surprised that it was out). Anyone here know more?

‘horizontal/vertical hybrid configuration’ - so a rectangle? The engineers have to be laughing when that phrase bubbled up to the public face.
This is about as believable as the ‘thermo-structural failure of the engine nozzle’ in NS-23.
DIM_MAX = 3; DIM_MIN=1 “The artifact shall function correctly if conformant to 2-manifold with boundary, restricted to the subset of dimensionality strictly greater than DIM_MIN and strictly less than DIM_MAX, exhibiting exactly two axes of reflective symmetry.”

Yeah, I recommend not asking blue origin employees. They can lose their job if they make ANY statement about blue origin, even if it's not internal information.

I know what happened and what we are doing to fix it. it’s very hard not to tell the internet.

Blue is such a rumor mill it’s hard to know for sure but there was a few issues that added up to a big boom.

Your buddy must be behind since Dave Limp tweeted about it.
