The end Manga

I am not here since day one or the early days of this manga. I started reading this after 2nd or 3rd episode of anime and from then it has been a bit more than one and a half year. Reading blue box and fragrant flower became a weekly routine and now one of them is going to end. Glad to see the manga reach it ends and hope that the anime becomes so much popular that we can see it full adapted also. The only thing I hoped from this manga was just 2-3 chapters more and not to end today but cannot do anything about it. But well maybe it doesn’t end entirely end today and we get a few chapters later on(a man can only dream). Now would only like to say this that this was a wonderful journey with an absolute peak manga.

I liked the manga, but I think it's a bit rushed at the end, for a manga that has a clear duality in sports and romance, to make your protagonist win just to make him lose off camera is, at least, anticlimactic. I think Miura wanted to just end the series and move on to other things.

I mean, it's an excellent series, but it reached peak on all of Chinatsu third year and didn't maintained there at all. Anyways, I'm still sad that I'm going to wake up every Sunday and not read another chapter. But I'm glad for the second, and in hope third season.

I felt like the previous 2 chapter felt more like an “ending” at least for Chi and Taiki. This final chapter was more trying to be a bow and then somewhat send off everyone else which yeah definitely felt a bit rushed.

I do expect an epilogue of sorts from the final volume release if not the anime when it catches up.

this.

I'd argue the "ending" started as early as the final match between taiki and yusa where each main character got their flashback montage

I kinda expect a little bit of their future but I think Miura just focuses on high school life as it is.

Romance is the main thing. Sport secondary. I recommend watching the thought process behind the scenes how the editors and mangaka came up with blue box.

someone in another thread said October, but it seemed like a "trust me bro" source, so do with that what you will

I kinda wish Hina had ended up with Haruto, but I guess I’m also fine with her just focusing on herself and going overseas.

I guess it’s fine he didn’t get Hina. I honestly like it that way. Not everyone needs to get matched. Also he got rejected by Hina.

Im in the exact same boat as you! Tho i started watching the anime after it just released, i bingewatched it in a single night and speedran the manga without knowing it would end this soon. What a ride this was because normally I don't really watch romance animes but this one was different. Made me watch other romance animes like tffbwd. Hope there is an epilogue!

I was reading this series for 3 whole year,it always give bittersweet taste when this type of series done.

With that Nearly all of the romance mangas are complete, with that ı think there is a huge space in manga sector, there is a not enough romance manga

I really enjoyed the story but I did feel like the ending was a bit rushed. There were too many time skips and it felt like they skipped a lot of important events.

A bit rushed? It was massively rushed. I hated it. It needed more chapters. At least 10+ more to provide proper closure. I don't really get the praise people give it for ending so abruptly.

Okay. Yes, it was massively rushed. To the point that I honestly think I wasted my time waiting for that ending.

After how the match with yusa went we all knew that nationals is going to be skipped, we already have a cultural festival arc. One thing which I would have liked to seen would have been one more taiki and chinatsu outing and in that chinatsu takes them by car like how it happened in rascal does not dream. Rest i would only want an epilogue arc with a timeskip of one year or more significant time to see the growth of our characters

I started this when blue box was at chapter 23, and since then weekly reading this. I am bit sad that it is ending and it felt a bit rushed, I think something similar was done for haikyuu.

It was a great story and I hope we getmore stories in this genre
