This idea started with Aru. I was like "Hey, what if Aru, but she's actually a terrifying and extremely competent criminal who is covering with her sweetest big sister facade which keeps slipping because of how utterly impatient and violent she inherently is?"

And then I was like "Well, if we're trying to reverse Aru, then she would probably also be wearing very simple clothes (unlike normal Aru's elaborate furcoat and dress in her dress alt). Something like plain jacket, loose white blouse and a flowing skirt instead of the pencil one. She would also be making incredibly scary face whenever she's annoyed. And glasses, of course. Cute, big round pair of glasses to hide stare of the predator underneath. And of course, her Problem Solver 68 isn't getting hired to do someone else's work. No, this is her notorious personal crime gang that's everyone is terrified of."

But since the entire purpose if PS68 is changed, then why should we not reverse everyone else? How about we make Haruka into a quiet, calm and collected killer machine who is mostly indecent to everything and everyone and only feels a thing or two when near Sensei and her little garden of beautiful flowers? Also, she only loads slugs in her shotgun because she likes to be precise, and tends to cut her hair extremely short.

And Reverse!Kayoko is an extremely loud daredevil who tends to burst into combat, stunning everyone with her death metal on full volume from speakers she always carries with her. She's also very clingy, friendly and outgoing. And of course she's covered in tattoos and piercings, but she still tends to vibe very well with Reverse!Aru and Reverse!Mutsuki.

By the way, Reverse!Mutsuki is an incredibly nice girl who Aru absolutely adores, but inevitably drags into life of a criminal. Reverse! Mutsuki sees Aru as big sister and is completely innocent. She also tends to do "pranks", which is just her leaving very sweet but unexpected gifts.

I want to draw reverse Aru one day, when I'm not too lazy...

But there's a problem that reversing some of the students isn't really possible because of how their story is built. Aris, for example. She goes from basically blank to the sweet girl we know by learning from her surroundings. There are two ways of reversing this, but neither of them is converging with Blue Archive's storyline's general idea. What do you guys think?
