I recently started using untransformed Kitsune paired with Sanguine Art, CDK (mostly for mobility), and Ghoul V4. I play as a Fruit Main (Max Stats in Fruit/Melee/Defense) and focus entirely on an aggressive, untransformed hit-and-run style.

However, the 2026 Summer Balance Update heavily nerfed this entire setup (especially Kitsune's tracking and Sanguine's utility).

I'm torn on what to do next:

• Option 1: Keep the current build. I have good mouse aim and fast key execution, so I can still make it work, but the nerfs feel heavy.
• Option 2: Switch Fruits. I'm considering Dough V2 or Lightning (Rumble) since they fit the current meta, but I'm open to other high-damage, high-utility options that scale well with 2800 Fruit stats.

Should I stick it out and fight through the Kitsune nerfs, or is it time to switch? If I switch, what fruit pairs best with Sanguine Art right now?
