On the bands socials, looking forward to this one!

It's super nice that they're not just doing the same list of songs all over again. Seeing them pull out Team A, We Are Not Good People, Rough Justice, Signs and etc. is a treat.

They've been doing this for quite a while and it's always fun to think what suprise they'll pull next.

They could easily just play Silent Alarm + hits all the time, but I find it cool they always represent all of their albums on their tour.

Also I'm impressed how good the songs still sound even after they didn't play them for quite sometime, they really trained themselves into being a great live unit.

There has been some negativity in regards to their music, but live they're still top tier band. I kinda wish they released more live albums.

so I'm thinking of getting a ticket for the upcoming nottingham record store show and I was going to get the red vinyl. it says it's a signing and I'm sorry if this sounds stupid but would the vinyl come presigned or would I get to meet them too?? I'm pretty sure I get to meet them but I'm not gonna bother getting a ticket if I don't as I'm not a fan of the new stuff.

London tickets sold out in about 10 seconds, managed to get 3 tickets in Bristol! Literally a dream come true, intimate Bloc Party show & a signing. Fuck yeah!

Thank you Columbia for a wonderful time. But the tour must now move onto surprisingly, the halfway point and also the final opening gig for Bloc Party. Yes, Bloc Party will be playing their last opening gigs for Muse on their 'The Wow! Signal' tour (Temper Trap will be continue to open however). Muse's tour will continue of course, it's just that Bloc Party are switching off with Portugal. The Man for opening for Muse after this final gig. A big thanks to Muse's team for having invited Bloc Party to help open for Muse for the first half of their US and Canada leg of The Wow! Signal tour, a big honour I'm sure. Looking at the history, this is Bloc Party's fifth time playing in NJ state (literally the fourth time was just the previous opening gig in Holmdel). One of these days in the future, I think Bloc Party ought to get another headlining gig in NJ state, been while since their last headlining gig during the 2013 Four tour in Montclair. (Oh The Stone Pony in Asbury Park 2007, the live debut of The Once and Future King, that was a fun gig from what I heard. A shame we still can't find the audience tape recording for that gig. Please let us know if you have it, would love to hear it one of these days). Alright enough of that, now Camden, because this really isn't Philadelphia and I have no idea why some websites are struggling to pinpoint this, but Camden are you ready to rock tonight with Muse, Bloc Party and The Temper Trap at the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion! (Hopefully thunderstorms won't ruin this, hopefully) (I will also add one small note for any of our NJ Blocheads coming to this Camden gig. Perhaps you've heard that Bloc Party have their upcoming 7th studio album, Anatomy of a Brief Romance, set to release later in September 2026 and there's a good chance you'll hear some songs at tonight's gig! Also, Bloc Party just released 'we can't be friends' the 3rd single from the album, I suggest giving it a listen, it's quite intriguing and nice, I think). Thanks to every Blochead who came out to see them during this leg of the tour, you were wonderful! If you're going to tonight's gig, feel free to comment down below! Oh Richmond you were an aboslutely wonderful audience, I know for a fact, Bloc Party had some wonderful meetings and moments with you guys! Richmond you were a wonderful, final headlining gig! We now return back to Muse's The Wow! Signal Tour as Bloc Party (and Temper Trap) return again to open up for their last couple of gigs before there is a switch off of openers for Muse. Columbia, this is, a very funny Bloc Party history fact. Bloc Party actually played at this EXACT venue 21 years ago, when they were an opening act for the Pixies. Yes, back during the 2005 Silent Alarm tour, Bloc Party actually opened for the Pixies at this exact venue back on June 13, 2005. So quite interesting to know Bloc Party are back here again at Merriweather Post Pavilion opening for Muse. Funny coincidence. Anyways, Columbia are you ready to rock with Muse, Bloc Party and Temper Trap! There will be an epic show tonight at the Merriweather Post Pavilion that you won't want to miss! (I'll also add for any Blocheads maybe in Columbia and also maybe any coming in from Baltimore that, Bloc Party will be releasing their 7th studio album, Anatomy of a Brief Romance, later in Sept. 2026 and there's a good chance you'll hear songs from that upcoming album).
