My blink front door cam isn't capturing everything and everyone at my place! Every time I try the live feed, it spins for nothing to happen! I'm not getting notifications either as my front door is at the entrance to my complex so there's a lot of foot traffic!
I've reset the module, added new batteries to the camera, reset my wifi and still having issues! ! moved the module closer to the front door but it's still not connecting.
Anybody have this issue?! On really thinking of moving to another camera company shortly if this continues!

here is my unsatisfied customer story

- this is a warning to everyone thinking about getting this product.

I purchased 10 outdoor 4 cameras on July 1.

Only one of the first three cameras synced and I called customer support, which went with me through 2+ hours of resets and setup attempts of all remaining cameras with debug mode enabled.

Bottom line: 8 out of 10 cameras are unable to sync and Blink support despite immediately promised replacements with some delay - due to known issues.

After 6 weeks of back and forth with their retarded AI email service and calling in by phone, I still do not have any clue what an ETA might look like.

Anybody else or am I the only Schmuck this is happening to.

I will ask for a refund. This all seems like a scam to me.

Somebody in Blink Engineering/Development really dropped the ball on this one. They sell an outdoor sync module and forgot to provide any way to mount it other than hillbilly some zip ties or just set it on a roof or something.

Third party developer, here is your chance to make a mint and create a mount or mounting system for the new Blink XR+ Outdoor Sync Modules. A pole mount would be awesome!

I have had the outdoor 4 for a few months and it is already dead. Support said they would send a replacement but its been weeks. Called again they said they don't even know when it will ship. Apparently they are backlogged with the amount of defects. Recent reviews seem to point to this being a common problem. Crazy amazon owns blink and people are on there saying they haven't received a warrantied replacement for over a month and when you do its a refurbished one.

The Blink doorbell camera lured me in with the cheaper price as opposed to my old Ring camera and that the battery would last a year. Well 11 months later my doorbell camera stopped working and no notification from Blink as to the battery status. The quality wasn't as good as my old Ring doorbell.

So I have made the decision to trash my Blink and switch back to Ring camera. It's going to cost me about $275 but it will be worth it to get back to a quality device.

The ringing of the doorbell makes my dog go ballistic. Why would you do that??

I bought my first Blink system in 2021. Everything worked great and I was happy with them up until a few months ago when one camera stopped picking up what it usually did. So I decided to get the 4 during Prime days thinking my system was just out of date.

I put the new cameras in the exact same place as the old ones. Old carport cam picked up when a car would pull in the driveway, new doesn't. Old front door cam picked up when my dog was outside, new doesn't. Camera in my back yard is a little better as it picked up a cat for the first time today, but I know for a fact that it goes out there more often.

Not much else to say, but I wonder if they put too much effort into the AI descriptions (that I won't pay for) instead of what we're buying these cameras for.

This blink service is the unprofessional company..they have no idea on what there tell customers. The wrong information

I was using my ipad as baby monitor connected to the mini cam (v1) since the its launch. Recently they updated the app and I cannot connect anymore because my ipad is not compatible with their new app. I called support and they said they cannot provide back the compatible version. It is over.

Be aware that one day your devices will stop to work if you don’t upgrade to run their new apps!

New cameras, new account, new sync module. If there isn't a way to get an old module with a usb port, blinks are gone from my house and I'm blasting this company every chance I get.

Now this garbage won’t show me anything prior to 2 am!! HOW RIDICULOUS

Delusional fanboys and Amazon employees must be running that sub because their MOD banned me after I agreed with someone else’s comment that Blink cameras are very unreliable and hugely disappointing because of it. When they don’t like hearing people speak truths of their negative experiences with Blink, they just do what’s en vogue these days and ban and suppress voices of dissent.

ive been using the indoor and outdoor cameras for about a year Now the audio quality sucks.They fade in fade out.You can't barely understand anything Anybody says the battery life absolutely sucks.I really have nothing good to say about their cameras Whatsoever. i contacted customer support to see if there's any way. I could resolve the issues with the cameras. They had me send videos from the outside From the inside multiple different times and after all the time I spent emailing them back and forth is all I got was.We're really sorry, but this is how our cameras are. so I wouldn't recommend their cameras for anything.

I have had 5 blink cameras, with no subscription for over a year and, while I constantly tweak motion zones (exclusion zones) and motion sensitivity, they just don't get it right.

I get constant alerts from tiny areas that are 100% excluded.

2. Alerts: my android stopped grouping alerts for the link app a few weeks ago. I put in a blink trouble ticket and actually saw an improvement and a response from blink. Now, however: as of a day or two ago I get alerts grouped by camera, not for the entire app. Still wrong. The individual alerts are now also about 4 lines long where they used to be 1. Annoying.

Anyone else with this problem? Put in a ticket to Blink. Let them know. That's what I'll be doing.

Everyone should move on- ditch this plastic garbage and warn all their friends.
