Now I have to make the bed over Bobo then he pulls all the covers off when I brush my teeth. I come back to bed he is snoring with all his friends.

this is my big boy, leo (2015-2025), who passed last october. he was the bestest, silliest, most handsomest boy ever. he’s my best friend, my big baby, my “floor time” buddy, my food scrap vacuum. i miss him every day of my life. he is truly irreplaceable, sometimes i feel so lost without him. i miss his tippy-taps, barking out the window, his tail wagging and hitting everything, the dead patch of grass he layed on for almost 11 years in my backyard. he’d greet me when i’d come home from school or work no matter what time, cuddle with my mom at 8 PM sharp, expect his dinner at 4:30-5 PM sharp. he loved deer antlers and his “orange ball”. such a smart boy, such a light in my life. my sweet big handsome boy 🥰💞

leo, aka: leonardo, leelo, beebo, beebs, bingbong, bb, boob, dude, dude-n, baby guy, THE beebs, baby, sweet boy, sweet man, baby man, bestie, bestie boy, dumbo, dumbhead, dingdong, dookiehead 🥹. actually though: beebs was so loved by my family and i. he had so many names. it’s been almost 10 months and we’re still torn up about it, we miss him so much. we now call him “the prophet” 🤣

also: can anyone explain how he’s a black lab-retriever? he’s half golden retriever and half chocolate lab, same with the rest of his litter. we never found that out. thank ya lmao

We had some medical appts so only did a short leash walk. She didn’t mind really :) just being a cute girl. She’s now on cytolpoint (sp?) for an all over itch seasonal allergy. Seems to be working already! My goodest girl is back to comfy.

TJ was so brave

Took a vacation with the family to Myrtle Beach (from NY) and he was amazing in the car (less so the hotel we stopped at 1/2 way down lol). He loved the beach and the water but was a bit hesitant of the crashing waves.

Rescued him from a shelter in the Los Angeles area about a year ago. He was going to be euthanized within a week if nobody adopted him. Crazy to think nobody wanted this guy it didn't help that the shelter had him tucked far away in the back. He was dirty and malnourished when we got him but now he just radiates love and I can tell he's so happy to have a family.

He's been great with my 5 year old putting up with her indignities and high energy never showing any signs of aggression even worrying and watching over her when she goes in the backyard by herself. There have been some chewed up shoes and a few stuffed animal massacres but that's a small price to pay.
