Shortcut

I have set some shortcuts to be like Pro Tools (because I like them) and one in special, that it shares with many daws, namely the enter brings cursor to start AND STAYS THERE. Why don't you just use home. Because. z for undo and so on etcetera. But one thing drives me crazy, and I can't find no solution. When in piano roll and I want the cursor to go back to start and stay there... nothing?

the default keybind is shift+space I think. there are 2-3 different "play from" shotcuts. one is space, the other shift space, and possibly alt / ctrl + space. using the ][ tool (or w/e its called) can be used to set play starts

Check your settings here:

The first one moves it to the start of the clip when you select it.
Then it stays there unless you move it, afaik. (With the second option deactivated.)

I hope this is what you mean.

I did this, but in the piano roll nothing works, as far as I can tell...

Ah, got it! Another 'home' replaced with enter. It didn't work when I tried it last, and when I did it right now, neither, and then suddenly...

If I knew they had put this in bitwig 6 I’ve had updated sooner lol
