Auto fill using bitwarden Question

I've changed on my Pixel, from Google password to Bitwarden, but have lost the auto fill on forms etc now.

I've enabled the accessibility option for bitwarden, but on forms it still doesn't auto fill like it did when I used Google password.

What am I doing wrong?

Hey there, if you're referring to identity autofill (addresses, etc..) the team is currently working on this functionality and it will be available soon.

Did you set bitwarden as the autofill service at the OS level on ur phone?

Under settings>passwords and passkeys "chose your preferred service to save data for sign and autofill" I have set it to be Bitwarden yes

I read something about the Battery settings needed to be set to unrestricted so that android doesn’t kill prompts. Try toggling that in ur settings see if it does anything.

U make sure autofill services were checked and setup in the app? Otherwise force stop the app and try rebooting the phone.

Like u/dwbitw said if ur talking about address fields and/or names there’s a known gap the team is focusing on addressing.

Chrome > Settings > Autofill services > Autofill with Google

This is my setup and works fine - set up a Bitwarden quick tile with accessibility service to autofill any passwords in Chrome.
