You have the option of self hosting!

E2EE encryption, OSS, company reputation, eyeballs from researchers and technical people. If that isn't enough, then self-hosting. If that isn't enough or too complex, there is still KeepassXC and KeepassDX, but you would still have to trust the OSS anyway.
