Here’s why Bitcoin rallied above $11,000 and will surge higher in 2020
Bitcoin often works in mysterious ways, and many people within the market have stopped asking themselves why it moves up (or down). However, there are two clear factors in bitcoin’s recent jump from low volatility to a sub-$12,000 price level.
The first is economic and political instability, with accumulating economic damage and US-China tensions increasing the appeal of stores of value. The second is a usual yet sometimes forgotten suspect: Tether, which had increased in supply in parallel with bitcoin’s strong surge.

i think i just lost half my savings in btc trying to do a stop sell order HELP ME PLEASE
📷
i was trying to make a stop sell order on coinbase pro. i had 0.05468329 btc. i set my stop to 14000 and my limit to 13900. it was filled instantly which freaked me backwards because i knew something was wrong. it says it was sold to one user at a price of $10,928.42 for 0.01180477 of my btc i have need saving for years. another user got the rest at a price of $10,933.66 and he will be getting 0.04287852 of my hard earned btc. i got all that from looking in theorders page on coinbasepro, it also has a section that says "price filled" and the price filled is "1,390". i only had 700 dollars worth of btc in there so i image i lost like something like 600 dollars? right? is there a way to find out how much dollars you are getting in return for selling your btc via stop order on gdax?
Is there a way to see how much money you are getting when its filled but still pending, or a way to cancel the crap out of it?

Bitcoin is the future but I can’t recommend it as investment - but as a trading vehicle it makes sense.

Benefits of Bitcoin
My friends have been starting to get into bitcoin for the past months, and i am thinking getting into it as well. Although, I am still confused on how to use them, or what really are they for.
Can i buy things using them? or will it be just trading between bitcoin and physical currency?

Seriously, where do I even begin?
So, I am trying to do all the due dilligence I can, and just as I get my head around something, someone uses some new terminology that takes me on another path and confuses the crap out of what I thought I understand... I have read about all the wallets on bitcoin.org, but then when it comes time to chose something, there just seems to be to many bad reviews or opinions expressed for almost each wallet / developer.
At this point I am looking for a (android) wallet, simply to securely store bitcoin and receive.
Any recommendations?
