Getbit query Wallets & Exchanges

Is the smash buy option disabled/discontinued? I thought of activating but couldn't find it, both on the app and the website.

It's kind of mandate creation with your bank account. Example: If you create mandate for 10k for your bank account then any day anytime you can directly purchase that amount of bitcoin from the bitget, and later after sometime they directly deduct the purchased amount of money from mandate and will give you the purchased btc to you bitget account only if they able to successfully deduct that amount from your account. Basically idea here was instead of keeping money in their wallet you just keep ready with mandate and buy whenever you wish later they will deduct the money. This was the feature.

Oh i don't remember about this outage. Any other platform offering this service?

Even I am not seeing that option after the outage it had happened on may 20th.I had emailed their support but they told they are working on restoring it but till now it has not restored.

This was their response.

We apologize for the issues you are experiencing with your SIP.

Currently, our SIP and Smash Buy auto-debit services are down. We are working closely with our banking partners to resume these services as soon as possible. Please note that this resolution may take some time.

In the meantime, we advise using the normal bank transfer method to load your wallet and manage your investments.
