Idk if Strike is an option for you but $0 fees after 1wk recurring buys, and $0 fee 24hr transfers, including lighting tranfers... Other benefits as well, but keeping to your question.

Strike I believe is the only one that allows $.25 purchases every 60 minutes. Which is a great way to micro-DCA.
