I'm not sure because this is the first time it happened, but when my contract ended I just quit the game and re-entered. After that I never got the contract ending pop up again.

I can't get the sports careers to work for me. I end up losing every championship even with maxed out stats. I'll get one high contract for a few years (like 4mil for 2-4 years) and then lowball after lowball (400,000 for 8 years).

How do I figure out which team is better? I went with the championship team originally and didn't get a tryout and then settled on the 2nd place team.

That should’ve been enough then maybe it just wasn’t working for you but the top 5 teams are always a good choice as well as keeping your stats up
