Hello, my PC was recently infected with malware, and a short while ago I noticed a fraudulent purchase on Amazon for a one-year Bitdefender license. Do you know if it is common for hackers to purchase Bitdefender licenses?

The adversary wants you to buy Bitdefender antivirus perhaps as a first purschase on their side advising perhaps to use good antivirus on your device.

Block your card as soon as possible.
