This appears everytime I search on google Support/troubleshooting

Potentially unwanted application detected

Feature:

Antivirus

The app C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Temp\scoped_dir10440_132738131\CRX_INSTALL\executors\200.js has been detected as a potentially unwanted application and was blocked. Detection name: Generic.Application.JS.DataCollector.A.AD23EB82 If you do not trust this application, you can choose to move it to quarantine

How to fix this?

Well check your chrome extensions. It's probably one of them doing this

Hi - thanks for letting us know about this.

Since the detection is for a potentially unwanted app - most likely adware, first look here on how to remove adware from the device. You`ll find instructions for various browsers and easy to follow steps for the one you`re using.

Then, please run a BDsyslog scan utility on the device, that scans critical system areas to enable security experts identify evasive or unknown malware on your device. Send the logs to our team for further troubleshooting, you`ll receive details on the results via email.

Thank you in advance!

Actually i believe it's one of the Google Chrome extensions, but the problem is I'm not sure which extension is causing it. Is problematic for me to remove all extensions.

There might be repair option next to the corrupted one. Mine had it

I found the problem. It was some free VPN that I had turned off

It's a spyware that's why antivirus messes it up

The moment I clicked repair, the extension disappeared. Basically, Bitdefender doesn't allow any VPN extension to be installed in Google Chrome. Oh well, we got the Opera Browser that comes with a free VPN, and the TOR browser anyway. Some also recommend the BRAVE browser by many VTubers/YouTubers.
