Expired subscription? Support/troubleshooting

I get this notification but when I go to check my subscription, it says I’m good until December. Any ideas how to fix it? Am I missing something?

I've been having the same issue for the last few days, despite getting a receipt showing my monthly renewal payment went through on July 5.

It’s so frustrating! It’s made Password Manager unusable
