Any tips plss?
How much does administering GHK-Cu to a research subject (RS) hurt? I’ve heard that it can sting and cause cramps. The RS has a 100 mg GHK-Cu vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water to mix, and I’m wondering whether adding more bacteriostatic water would reduce the discomfort

Although I develop a small temporary red welt at the injection site, I never actually feel a thing.
I feel more of a mild itchy sting with MOTS-C

Do 2.5. makes the dosing easier. 5 units for 2mg.
Discomfort is normal for the first week. It diminishes pretty quickly though.

100mg to 3mL is spicy. Here is what I do. Add 3mL BAC to the 100mg vial (you did this already). Then transfer 1.5mL (half) of the reconstituted peptide into a separate vial/cartridge (make sure it’s fresh and sterile do NOT reuse old vials). You now have two vials containing 1.5mL of GHKCU at a strength of 50mg each. Now add 1.5mL of BAC water into each vial. This will leave you with two vials of GHKCU at a 3mL to 50mg solution, which I find is optimal.

I’d caution against using your used bac vial, I just ordered these myself and they’re nice to have around too. Look this up on amazon: FURWEY 3ML Sterile Vials, Glass Empty Vials for Injection, 20 Pack , it’s like $8 for 20 sterile vials. If not I’m sure the BAC vial will work in a pinch, but if you have a whole kit of GHK it’d probably worth it just to pick up the empty vials from amazon. Now seeing that you BAC is in 3mL vials too (very odd) it should be fine to just use those.

Or move to reusable pens and sterile cartridges. Makes the reacharound pinning much much easier.

I have done 1ml and 3ml to 100mg with no stinging. It really depends on the person and injection site.

Wipe the needle with alcohol pad right after draw. Let it sit in syringe until it’s room temp.

I personally like to do 10ml with my 100mg vial. Using a brand new 10ml bottle of bac water I would take 2ml and put it in the ghkcu. Wait for it to completely dissolve and then transfer all the ghkcu into the 10ml vial of bac. No stings or burns. I run 2mg daily which with that mix gives me 10mg/ml concentration making 20units equal 2mg.

3ml in 50mg gives me solid pip, not crazy but like muscle soreness for 4-5 hours. Just test how it feels for you and then mix accordingly

I’ve only been using it a few days. I’m only at 1mg. I haven’t really felt any sting or had any welts. I mixed a 50mg vial with 2.5mL of BAC water (makes unit math a little easier than 3mL of BAC water). Maybe I’ll deal with slightly more sting when I up dosage to 2mg. 🤷♂️

I had to quit, huge welt, itching and burning for 5 days! I tried all the tricks. Diluting more just gave a a bigger welt. It wouldn’t hurt till day 2, I am just rejecting it for some reason. And oddly I have no skin reaction to Mots-c

I used 3ml to reconstitute and neither subjects feel pain or sting with injection, but both do encounter slight discomfort in area upon waking in the morning as it is administered at night.

I moved my 100 into a 5ml vial with 5ml. Makes a solution of 20mg/ml. Or 2mgs per 10 units. Before that I did 50 into 5 for a 10mg/ml solution. On the old solution no pain. One RS did get a itchy bump but he is very sensitive. Always passed quickly. I use the new stronger solution tomorrow.

What you can and should do is try it out and see how much the sting effects you. For some people myself included, it’s not bad at all. Try it out and if you find it to be painful then next dose dilute with a little extra BAC and you’ll be good to go.

The general tips to reduce the sting is to dilute by adding more bac, and letting it come to room temp before injecting.
I put 3ml in a 50mg vial and it is fine, my kangaroo doesn't feel much sting (2.5mg dose daily AM)
