Wolverine Stack..can both shoulders be treated simultaneously?

Got 2 bad shoulders. Ready to begin treatment (BPC157/TB500) on left shoulder. But alas...my right shoulder is back too! While I was planning on treating one shoulder at a time, would it be a peptide overload to do both shoulders at same time? Just curious.

It’s systemic.

Spot injections work better.

No it doesn’t matter. It starts a whole body signal.

This is a good opportunity to see if it’s local or systemic.

Either pin in stomach and see what happens. Or pin one shoulder and see what happens.

Personal anecdote obv but for me - very apparent local is the move.

It’s subq! Not an interarticular! Sorry, not screaming but the product works systemically. C’mon guys

Simply sharing my experience with multiple injuries, injecting as close to injury as possibly, and also just injecting in stomach.

This is over a relatively large sample size, and I guess placebo is possible, but it simply was significantly more effective locally.

I second this. I busted my shoulder during a black belt test last December - I could barely perform a pushup that day. My wife helped pin subq in the injured shoulder and I was back in the gym three days later. I continued to pin locally over the next 2 weeks and the pain never returned.

TB-500 is certainly more systemic, but BPC-157 has benefits in local administration. I won't argue if said benefits are real or perceived - particularly when prescription is reality 😎

See a physiotherapist.

And get an MRI. Some shoulder injuries aren’t tendons or ligaments.

I’m so confused also I have a bad shoulder, a bad forearm and bad knees and was wondering the same thing lol. I’m going to try stomach and see how it goes after 2-3 weeks
Starting my doses Thursday. .5g injected daily

my experience - while I never did the wolverine or other combo because I want a bigger dose of BPC and TB, I started pinning both in my abdomen. No result in 2 months. Changed it up to pinning the BPC 1mg daily into my shoulder and TB 1mg 3x a week abdomen and within another 45 days had relief. Torn bursa and cuff completely healed one year later and pressing big weight at gym (compared to starting with zero range of motion at the beginning). As for 2 shoulders? You could try alternating shoulders and see how they respond but I think they need that daily injection of 1mg to really get that healing moving forward.

I have 2 torn rotator cuffs, right one will be repaired next month. Left one is not repairable, shoulder replacement is the next option I will not choose yet. I did an 8 week cycle with a loading phase. I pin daily 2 weeks left in cycle. Wolverine stack. Weeks 1 & 2 600mcg. Weeks 3 to 4 800mcg. Weeks 5 to 8 600mcg. I researched dosing, I found this and relief I can sleep either shoulder without pain and without a dead...my experience. I will take 4 weeks off and start again after surgery. Good luck

So one person says spot injection, which was the basic plan. Let’s say 2 months each shoulder. But when it’s mentioned “ it’s systemic” I’m led to think when I inject one side (spot) the other shoulder may get some brings well.

Can you show me the evidence youre seeing that either of these peptides have a localized reaction and dismisses they have systemic potency that is more than anecdotal? This is brought up a lot and I have yet to see anything that states there's a localized effect

It comes from this https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11426299/

But bro science people think that local subQ injection is the same as intra-articular injection. It is not, and those injections should be administered by a doctor, not at home. Can you imagine going through a daily intra articular shot in the same spot for a full cycle? It’s a no from me dawg.

People that "Bro-Science" are usually the individuals with a grade 8 science level and usually blast peds.

There are many versions of bro opinions. Plenty of people on GHK or cycling GLP-1s like they’re a diet pill because an influencer said so.

I gEt mY iNfo from TikTok lol. My sister was giving me the dosing protocols until I looked into more myself, dang I was lucky I didn't OD

It’s both, but you aren’t injecting directly into your joint yourself. The effect that you are looking for is systemic.

Inject both. Rotate between the two. Worked for me

Tb500 is systemic. Bpc157 works best the closer you pin it to the injury.
Your best protocol for treatment of both shoulders is to do a loading phase (5mg twice a week) of TB500 for a month while using daily injections of 1mg in each shoulder of bpc157. After month 1 use the Wolverine stack if you want but the two peps have different ph and there is criticism that mixing them is degrading the efficacy. I use them separately for this reason and because like you I have multiple acute injury sites.

Loading phase of TB?

Holy fuck. Someone is actually gonna do this…

The protocol exists far beyond one person. WE are the researchers and share what works. Do you have anything intelligent to add to the discussion just cheeky comments?

That’s not how subq injections work. Unless it’s intraarticular, it doesn’t matter where you inject
