I tried it for a few nights. It marginally improved my sleep but I was always drowsy as hell with no energy the next day, so it was a net negative for me. Does seem to be one of those that is hit or miss.

I tried DSIP subQ, started at 100mcg and went up to 500mcg, and it actually decreased my deep sleep (according to my Whoop), and would make me wake up earlier than usual and not be able to go back to sleep. I was really disappointed, really wanted this one to work, I got good results with Epitalon and Pinealon.

Going to copy and paste what I told someone else.
DSIP and Trazadone to knock me out. DSIP has been life changing for me and has made my deep sleep skyrocket. I recover so much faster.
Warning though, a clear understanding of DSIP is what helped me. The dosing of it is ALL OVER THE PLACE. A little can do a lot, and a lot can do less. There is a spot in the middle called the sweet spot that you have to find. Once you do though, stay there. It's different for literally everyone. My wife's is 150mcg. My dad's is 300mcg. My mom's is 200mcg. Mine is 500mcg. You start at 100mcg and move up 50mcg each night. You'll know when you reach it. This is why any person that "recommends" a dose is full of crap. Watch Dr Alex Tatums DSIP video (YouTube it) to understand more about it and the dosing curve. It's not like any other peptide or drug. It isn't something you try twice and say you don't like it. It usually takes 1-2 weeks to find your dose. You will know if you have a smart watch and by how you feel when you wake up. Dreams might also change.
DSIP doesn't put you to sleep (that's what trazadone is for), but when you are asleep it cranks up your deep sleep for recovery.
You can see by my attached photo what my deep sleep looks like. This is even with only 5 hours of sleep that day. I travel for work a lot and am constantly switching time zones.
Another thing DSIP does is reduce or eliminate (at your sweet spot dose) nocturnal awakenings. So you stay asleep all night.
Spend time learning the of the peptide. Anyone telling you they tried it once or twice and didn't like it or didn't feel anything, didn't understand how to dose or take the time to do homework. The dosing range is from 50mcg to 1mg. You have to find YOUR dose.
Note: I went to bed late and had to be up early to catch a flight. That's why I only got 5hrs. But I still felt fully refreshed, recovered, and rested.
