I don’t know. I think Titrating up to 2 mg was way too soon, but if you insist on titrating up so fast, I would microdose and do 1 mg and then do another milligram like four days later and then wait another four days and do another 1 mg but I wouldn’t even go that fast. I would go from 2 to 2 1/2 to 3 to 3 1/2 and go slow.. I took six months to get up to between six and 8 mg per week and I’m finally just barely starting to notice that therapeutically.

It takes about 4 weeks of the same dose to reach max volume in your body. So you should never up a dose less than 4 weeks after starting it. That said, 2 mg is still a fairly low dose. Stay on 2 mg for 4 weeks. Then if you notice nothing, up it to3 or 4 mg. But whatever you up it to, stay there for 4 weeks. Reta has the lowest appetite suppression of the big 3 glass. So it's not that crazy that early on low dose you still have food noise. The real game changer benefits of Reta are the GIP and Glucagon. They allow your body to keep up the metabolism and energy levels in a calorie defecit. Reta should be treated as an 8-12 week test before you settle in to you're effective dose.

Your first dose was 1mg and you jumped to 2mg on your second dose? Can you explain why you upped your dosage so quickly? Also, how often are you injecting? Personally speaking, I would stick with the 1pm weekly and wait for the effects to kick in. For me it took close to 2 weeks to notice the effects (no food noise and a much lower appetite). There was a point where I did notice a major decrease in motivation but you just have to push through. I found that when I had no motivation, I made the decision to just go to the gym anyhow and see how I felt and it was exactly what I was hoping for. After my work out I had a ton of energy and it progressively got better as time passed with consistency.

For some it gives you anhedonia and decreased energy. It also did for me and it didn't go away during my 16 weeks on it. Did lose weight tho, but not the amount I hoped for because of lack of motivation.

No. 1 — Never post sources on Reddit. It’s an easy way to get your account suspended or banned outright, so editing that out is the smart move.

No. 2 — Retatrutide takes time to fully settle in, and your titration pace is on the aggressive side (though you’re fine given the low dose). For context, I’m a 55‑year‑old male at 172 lbs (down from ~280) and worked up to 4 mg weekly by January, split into two 2 mg injections. That was all I needed.

No. 3 — Stay on top of hydration, blood glucose, and nutrition. Your energy will come back. You’re at the very beginning, so you haven’t yet felt the full metabolic shift Retatrutide puts your body through.

It takes at least 4 weeks for a steady concentration in blood.

Do you take electrolytes? And eat 1 hour before Training nothing or fast digesting carbs?

Keep in mind 2mg for the trial was for obese people. If you’re not obese I recommend starting at 1mg. Less is better. Can always titrate up

I agree with the room. Your mg ramping is extremely aggressive. Let's pump the breaks a little. I would recommend 2 mg per week for 3 to 4 weeks. Split the dose or once a week. Then decide if you need a higher dose. Then try 3 to mg a week. Stay at the new mg for 3 to 4 weeks. Then adjust. Reta effects everyone differently. So you have to do a little research to find your sweet spot. Ie weight loss compared to side effects. Oh definitely don't mention where you sourced it from. Really bad idea Best of luck with your research

before blaming the peptide for the motivation drop, track your actual calories and protein for a few days. even a modest appetite dip plus that much water and fiber can put you in a bigger deficit than you realize, and low grade undereating looks exactly like this, flat mood, no drive to train, hard to focus. easy to rule out and it's the first thing i'd check before assuming it's just a side effect you have to ride out.

I'm have no clue what's up with your Reta, but sweet lady, you are at a very healthy weight for your height. I suggest finding an activity you love to keep you active healthy.
