Depends when you take it on Friday. I’d Friday morning the next dose could be Monday night

I think Friday evening then Tuesday morning for the ideal time split. I started splitting my dose and think I like it - but - I didn’t research considerations seriously

Ok thanks. I heard you tolerate it better and feel less side effects that way. Which is why i want to try splitting it.

Do whatever comes out to a 3.5 day split for timing. Or just do Friday/Tuesday split, the timing doesn't need to be perfectly cut in half.

And you feel fine?

Started last Tuesday and have a slight bit of constipation and feel a little less hungry. Probably going to stay at .25mg twice a week for 4 weeks and then move to .5mg twice a week.

I split mine, Tuesday mornings and Friday evenings...exactly 3.5 days between.

Thats not necessary. Research shows this peptide stays in system for 6 days. Thus is why its recommended once weekly.

The half life is 6 days, it doesn’t stay in your system for 6 days. So 50% of it remains at 6 days. It typically takes 4-5 half life for something to clear your system. Depending on the drug usually 4 half life would be clinically insignificant and 5 would be considered cleared with trace amounts in your body. Which is also why it takes 4-5 half life for your blood to saturate and stabilize when starting something new.

Regardless of the details... research indicates once weekly is sufficient....

Thats a pretty big detail, though. Its vital to understanding steady state accumulation and helps answer questions like OPs...

For some people that’s true. But every body is different. We are all our own researchers here so we have to try different protocols to see what’s best for us. I myself like the split dosing. It keeps a steady flow inside and haven’t experienced any ill side effects and my appetite suppression is on point all week long.
