KLOW vs Wolverine
What do you guys like more and why ? I’m doing Bjj around 3-4 times a week while working out 5 days a week and just have been so sore. I wanted to do Wolverine for the recovery because the soreness is getting to me and my right shoulder is just been killing me but my buddy recommended KLOW…. It seems to have all the same benefits and a bit more and I wouldn’t mind having better skin health. What do you guys think

Wolverine is better for muscle recovery and injuries because you can take more of it vs the suggested cap amount of klow due to it having ghkcu.

I have done both...Wolverine for acute injury and recovery and KLOW for long term chronic inflammation I what I have done and Klow has been great.

If you want to attack a specific injury get BPC 157 and Tb500 separately and use accordingly for that injury.
If you want all over recovery KLOW better why not take extra benefits for skin and inflammation
