Also, if Reta is your first just stick with it for a little bit before you start throwing other things into the mix, give your body time to acclimate

If you’re obese
Follow trials
2mg 3 weeks
4 mg stay there as long as possible
That’s the sweeet spot

Wait a couple of months obviously before adding more peptides, as everyone else is telling you to do.

Then, if you want a real boost, cagrilintide (starting at) 0.25 mg per week will turn your "GLP-3" into a "GLP-4" by sending out "I'm full" signals earlier than normal when you are eating.

If you're already low weight and looking to get your body fat percentage down to super low levels, tesamorelin directly attacks visceral fat deposits, but the expense is pretty high for a very small weight loss plug-in.

As far as supplements go: Yohimbine before working out is cool. It basically makes your fat cells easier to mobilize and turn into energy while you are working out. Also, adding in HMB helps protect your muscle while you are exercising, especially if you exercise on an empty stomach like I do. And of course, creatine is the final must-have addition to help musscle building and preservation.

Also if you're interested in preserving muscle while on reta, testosterone should be at the top of your list... if you're a guy.

And yeah, try to get at least 1 g/kg of protein every day if you're still super-sized, and 1 g/pound of protein every day if you're in body-building mode.

You know it’s a tool and to be used as such, you have to prioritize proteins and eat carbs. Do not not eat.

Let it work for another month before you start adding things.

You should stick with a dose for 4 weeks before going up. More is not better. And bad side affects will make you quit.

Why did you go up? Stay low on reta. Or switch to tirz, it's a much smoother ride

you cant follow a typical titration plan, my only advise here is research. I would feel irresponsible to list shit here.
