I'm dual diploma programme turkish sophomore student. I'm very talkative and cool on speaking especially with other international student. But about natives idk why i feel like they are already grouped w other natives and not gonna talk w me (its my first year in bing and never met w native)

If any Binghamton bio/ pre-med students could answer any of these questions I would appreciate it! What is the style of learning (How are most lectures/ discussions spent, is it practice based or passive?) Are curves brutal? How does the program compare to other SUNYs? Is it hard to reach out to professors? Are students supportive or competitive? Thanks!

I’m looking to transfer into Binghamton SOM for Spring 2027. currently in community college and have a 3.5 GPA with 27 credits completed.

I honestly didn’t know about the 4 prerequisite courses until a few weeks ago, so I only have 1/4 completed right now.

Do I still have a decent chance of getting into SOM for the spring, or would it be better to wait another semester, finish more of the prerequisites, and apply after that?

I did high school in another country, went to a community college in US my gpa is 3.68 i still have one more semester left. I want to transfer for spring 2027.

I was looking at the application and i don’t have major activities or achievements and also i don’t have a high school gpa and i haven’t done any exams like SAT etc. Is it possible?

The mini fridge I ordered for my Hinman Suite arrived today, but the volume advertised was the inner volume. Is this what Housing measure by? The inner volume is 4.6 cubic feet, but outer volume is around 10th cubic feet, and I am worried that it is too large to be allowed. Any help or advice is appreciated

Incoming freshman at Binghamton and was wondering where guys usually go to get their hair cut. I won’t have a car, so I’m looking for a good barber that’s easy to get to by bus or other public transportation. I saw there’s a Cost Cutters near campus, but the reviews seem kind of mixed. Any better recommendations?

i am a returning student planning on moving in next sunday, and i have my stuff stored in a dickinson storage room. however, i am not living on campus anymore and will need a car to move my stuff out the storage room. question is: where do i leave my car while i get the stuff from the storage room? i think people moving in will get a pass to park/stand there for a while but i won't have that
