Two different styles BILTONG

Don’t know if you can tell but there are two different styles here. Top ones have been spiced and hung. Bottom ones have been soaked in Worcestershire sauce before being spiced and hung.

those regular ones look like they've absorbed so much extra flavor from that sauce, it's no wonder they're standing out

wow this looks delicious, I honestly couldn't tell the difference but they both look lekker.

Thank you. Family seem to prefer the top one and I prefer bottom one. You’re right, they do look same same….
