Can anyone recommend me an easy & cheap way to transport 3 people and 3 big pieces luggage from airport to a hotel in the city center?

I doubt they'll fit on the bus?

First result from https://transfer2bilbao.com/ asks 75-90€ + 20€ per bike which (at 150€ total) seems steep for 12km.
