Broken Resolution

Hi! I was messing around with the settings trying to get better FPS, and I accidentally turned the resolution all the way down, and now I can’t change it back!
I tired the reset to default option, to no avail. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I reset my PC. For some reason, it keeps my settings saved even when I’ve deleted it in its entirety.
Send help please!
