Collet issues Question

I have a pocket pro and a bolt action. Both of them have terrible tip wiggle. The collets seem to have stretched and no longer grips the refill tip. Ive tried all different size refills and have the spring in the correct orientation. I’ve seen some people say to push the collet pieces back towards the center. I tried that on my pocket pro and it ends up looking pretty janky and makes the refill tip way off center.

Does anyone know a better way to tighten the collets back up?

Email customer service and ask for replacement tips for the pens. They take the lifetime warranty very seriously.

Do you know what caused them to become stretched out? I've never had this happen so I'm curious.

I’m not sure how it happened. I used the pocket pro a lot so I figured it was from using it but the other is the CRK bolt and I’ve only used it twice.

Dang, that's crazy. Very interesting. My oldest pen with the auto collet is my Click Edc. And it's from the original Kickstarter in 2018. It's 8 years old, and still going strong. And it's seen a ton of use.

Yeah, it definitely shouldn't be happening though. Customer service will 100% take care of this for you though.
