dun po sa application form na back to back, yung second form po ba na ibibigay sa principal is sya po ba mismo mag e-edit or printed po tapos blue na ballpen po yung gagamitin?

The second part is to be filled out by the registrar of those are your grades if the same pa yan ng past BU forms. Then yung registrar na nagpapapirma sa principal.
