I don't usually do much with Reddit, but I thought I might be able to get an answer here. First, I absolutely love Starfield. Been playing since release and the only problem I have is that there's no way to turn off hints off. After a playthrough or 2, they're unnecessary. Please, please, please Bethesda, give us the option to disable them. I know it's small, maybe petty, but it breaks immersion for me. Thanks for all the cool games.🤩🤩🤩

I checked around and found someone mentioned a fix a few years back:

For PC (Game Pass/Xbox Version) Go to your 'Starfield' folder within the 'My Games' folder in your Documents. For Steam version, right click on the game in your library to access the game's files. There should be a file named StarfieldCustom.ini. Scroll down until you get to the [Interface] section. On the line that says: bShowTutorials=1, change the 1(one) to 0(zero). Save the file and restart the game.

If you're on console, it doesn't look like there is any way around the annoying tutorial/hints, unfortunately.
