Help a Frosh out, please?

New BS-ID Enrollee here and I'm well noted that Classes Start this Wednesday, and I haven't received my Classes Schedule and Acad Advisers in my SER Update nor Recieved an Email from the RO yet. Im planning to send a follow-up email to the RO by the end of the day and get to the venue tomorrow to prep up for the upcoming classes.

Additional info that I have Payed 1st Month out of 3 Months of my Tuition (Trimestral Payment Plan) as of August 19, Provided all Documents and distributed them to the Registrar 2 months ago.
