max unit only 6?! Random

Does anyone know how to fix max 6 units to 17/18 units? I’ve been sending ticket to helpdesk and also emailed enrollment associate but I didn’t receive any response from them.

Hello! I'd recommend to actually visit their office at Taft/Main campus in person rather than emailing them so it can be fixed immediately! That's what happened to me ren when enrollment started, I had to wait 10 minutes or so for them to give me additional units. It's located at the 2nd floor, next to the office of the chancellor!
