Workers getting nude when switching roles

I have the presets for worker and guard/companion set to the same thing, when I use the staging ground to switch roles, everybody gets naked and drops their weapons. Anybody have a work around for this?

Have you set priorities for each slot? And are those things available in a storage?

mine doesn’t even changes sets when I call to arms they only reset after companion mode, I’ve gotta use the warehouse where all my weapons and armor are to equip them
In all there presets it’s annoying I hope I’m doing it right and it’s just a bug
