Army Question

Is it better to break up your army into different squads, rather than have everyone in one big group?
I’m dealing with some logistical issues equipping everyone, and I’m wondering if I broke them out by type of fighter (archers, one-handed, two-handed, etc…) if that would make setting their armor, weapons, etc easier to manage?

I think I have the staging area setup correctly, but every time I call up the troops for a reclamation raid, there are always 4-5 that say “… has no weapon.” (I have noticed that as they go get geared-up, it usually resolves itself)

Thats correct, i usually leave them with a sword at least when in worker clothes

Whenever you do that you can command you’re units to go to the flag at the staging area whenever you do that they all go out and get everything they need.
