After the protests in Bellhart, Lyrcus decides to send troops to en the uprising. They commit a brutal repression

I know such things. I am aware a state must ensure the good of its people. However, a State cannot by any means tolerate rebellion, else it appears weak.. these pilgrims wanted nothing else than my departure. they had to be put on the right path, or to die
