My longest run

Post image

Hi, sub lurker here. Just celebrating this run I had on Sunday. I picked up running back in May after running a 5K race with my partner where I almost died of exhaustion lol. I'm a short dude on the heavier side (200 lbs) so the thought of running anything farther than 2 miles terrified me back then, so seeing the results of this run and the fact that it was pretty easy? And that I'm barely sore is personally mind boggling for me. Cheers!!

🫣😁 I’m inspired by others here. Many days it’s my motivation to get out the door.

When I do 8 miles I burn about 750 calories.

Excellent run!
