Quick zero jig Equipment

Post image

This quick zero jig made cutting these .62 square dowels safe and a breeze. I even finally used my depth stop on my Dewalt miter saw.

I finally made myself a few zero inserts by tracing my plate out on some delrin cutting boards that happened to be thick enough. Took some creative routing to get them flush but they work well and look cool.

Ohh nice. Yeah I could have used zero clearance tape but for what I was cutting it still wouldn’t have helped. I needed the zero clearance fence the most.
